business through university, Nick built

He then leveraged this into a larger venture
that traded £154m of property before
making some fundamental mistakes that cost
him dearly. From chauffeur driven millionaire
MD to homeless and destitute Nick started
again with nothing but a Sleeping Bag and
his Blackberry!
Waking up to a new reality
of what it means to be productive and effective,
while still remaining happy, Nick has redeveloped
his portfolio of interests, seeking to be
wiser and more in touch with what matters.
Having rebuilt his fortunes with a focus
on Social Enterprise, he continues to invest
in other ventures and engage with New-Start
Businesses while counselling individuals
and families on Debt Survival and Financial
recovery. He has increased his productivity
through focus upon what matters and what
works, and in all of this he has remained
on track by sticking with his upbeat and
resilient attitude.
